I loved the free water refills. It was a very nice touch. the heated bathroom floor was so cozy. the nearby supermarket made getting essentials easy and convenient.

the gym was sometimes a little crowded during peak hours.

The location was superb. I found it easy to access the city center using public transport. i also liked the proximity to the shopping mall and many dining options. the breakfast selection was abundant with many tasty choices. the staff were always friendly and ready to assist.

i noticed a small area of wear on the carpet in the hallway, it was barely noticeable but i thought i should mention it.

The room included comfortable beds and crisp, clean linens. It had a well-stocked minibar. the bathroom offered a separate shower and bath. it also featured plush towels and high-quality toiletries, AMAZING!!!

The breakfast buffet offered many choices. I appreciated this a lot. the location is close to a shopping center. restaurants are nearby. i would definitely stay here again, and i enjoyed my time.

The additional charge on my card was unexpected. I found it a bit inconvenient. i think it would be useful to clarify this beforehand .

the room was airy and clean, i noticed. it featured a high, sloped ceiling, giving the illusion of extra space. there was also a mirrored bathroom, complete with a soaking tub and separate glassed-in shower.

the hotel is close to the andel subway station, it is just 5 minutes away. new smikhov mall is also in close proximity to the hotel. the hotel has direct bus connection from the airport too.
